Standard Storage (Non-Temperature Controlled)

Ideal for lawnmowers, tools, and boxes that would normally be stored in a non-temperature controlled garage. All units are accessible from a ground level. The following sizes are available:

Indoor Boat Storage

An ideal garage for your boat. Boat stalls are available in a variety of sizes up to 12' (tall) x 12' (wide) x 35' (deep). Stalls have a door that can be pad-locked from the outside.

Outdoor RV Storage

Starting in 2025, O'Brien Drydock is now offering outdoor RV parking. Parking spots allow for a vehicle up to 12 x 40 ft. The lot is inside a fenced area that requires a gate access code. Call us for more information about this great storage option for your trailer or RV.
